Newness of Life II

“And such confidence we have through Christ toward God. Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourserlves, but our adequacy is from God, who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.”

2 Corinthians 3:4-6

Newness of Life IIIn Newness of Life II, our objective is to allow God to do great things through our humble selves, freeing Him to do great things that ultimately bring glory to Him.

In Psalm 46:10-11 it states, “Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold.”

Newness Of Life II began as a Bible study class wher we study various books of the Bible completely as well as topical studies. For example, The Parables of Jesus, Rewards and How to Earn Them on Earth, Prayer, Bringing Others to Christ, How to Be A Christian, What Happen To Me When I Accepted Jesus, Apologetics and many other Biblical subjects and topics.

As we establish a good spiritual foundation, we want to continue to grow and mature in God’s word. Our objective is to work each day to be like Christ.

Newness of Life II is designed for more spiritually mature Christians who are interested in more in depth Bible studies.

We rejoice in our inadequacy because it drives the maturing Christian toward God. We attempt to remove the burden of trying to do the will of God by our own strength, but look to the Holy Spirit to provide us with power and strength to accomplish the will of God in our lives.

The information used in Newness Of Life II is now provided in our blog section on this web site. These blogs are continually growing and added to over time. Some of these blogs are the result of questions various people have asked over the years.
